Research centre

The integrated gastronomic research system comprises 3 spaces that can be used individually or in synergy, a unique possibility in the sector in Italy, by companies, universities, research institutes and other entities interested in developing innovation that covers the entire production process.
The integrated system, consisting of the experimental kitchen, sensory laboratory and experimental restaurant, is the beating heart of our research centre, created to study and design the food of the future.
The research centre is open to third parties. The use of the various services is quoted at an indicative starting price, which is shown below:
